U.K ACCREDITED IBADAN CITY FASHION COLLEGE HOSTS CSA

IBADAN CITY FASHION COLLEGE IS NIGERIA'S 1ST U.K ACCREDITED/CERTIFIED FASHION COLLEGE.

Ibadan is the 2nd most populous city in Africa after Cairo. It is the capital of Oyo state in the South western part of Nigeria.
Ibadan has the  uniqueness of always playing the host of pacesetting accomplishments and any wonder it is called the pace setting state.
Ibadan is home to the following;
* the first Television station in Africa
* the first Institution of higher learning in Nigeria
* the first teaching hospital in Nigeria
* the first skyscrapper in Nigeria
...just to mention a few.
Now it is home to the first U.K accredited & certified fashion college in Nigeria which is what brought us here to Visit/Tour IBADAN CITY FASHION COLLEGE.
This college of class, style and elegance is strategically located in a very serene and conducive environment for learning, a very accessible location for every student.
During our Visit/Tour, it was very obvious that this is more than a fashion college, it is home away from home to both management, staff and students of IBCITY FASHION COLLEGE.
It is a family knit together in love and warmth right from the CEO of the college to the freshest student of the college.
It's very warm to the heart to listen to every student speak so highly of the 'rare dedication and concern for everybody's welfare' that flows from the inspiring CEO of the college.
The college classroom is home to the young and old with a variety of the beginners, intermediate, graduates, the professional and working class.
The classes and courses and designed to fit each student.
In addition to all of these, seeing the abundance of the state-of-the-art machines and learning tools for the students of IBADAN CITY FASHION COLLEGE,                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           i have so much confidence about the final product and the kind of high-powered graduates that are graduating from this great college.

CSA GOES TO SAMUEL ADEGBOYEGA UNIVERSITY.

SAMUEL ADEGBOYEGA UNIVERSITY IS A UNIQUE VISION STRATEGICALLY RESIDENT IN A RURAL AREA.

Jazzyb and the CAMPUS SNEAK AFRICA CREW landed in Lagos, Nigeria and got on the the next available flight to Benin, the capital city of Edo State. On arrival at Benin, the crew proceeded on another one hour and forty-five minute journey by road to this beautiful and quiet town of Ogwa.
This town is about a population of about 100,000, a very kind, hardworking, loving and accommodating people, no wonder this beautiful and unique Samuel Adegboyega University was cited here in this rural community.
If not for Samuel Adegboyega University, there is no way the Campus Sneak Africa team would have heard or visited here. The University has truly put Ogwa on the world map, the presence of the university is bringing civilisation to this part of the planet e.g a modern and well equiped health centre, good water facility, banks etc.
Even the 'Onogie of Ogwa' is very proud to have this great University cited in Ogwa.
Samuel Adegboyega University is presently sitting on a 670 hectres of land donated freely by the 'Onogie of Ogwa' to The Apostolic Church Nigeria (LAWNA territory).
Samuel Adegboyega University is a faith based University  birth through a prophetic vision by the very first pentecostal church in Nigeria by the name The Apostolic Church, Nigeria (LAWNA territory). It is named after the first chairman/overseer of the church known as Samuel Adegboyega.
The University is in her seventh year running with excellent staff and student that we met during our Visit/Tour.
Once we drove into the well laid out and arcitectural master piece structures on the campus, it makes you forget completely that you are in a rural community, but this is nothing compared to the brilliant and intelligent buzzling of students i engaged at random,
The location of the university in a rural area has no demeaning effect on the  population of students on campus rather each student exuded so much appreciation of the serenity of the lush green environment compared to the busy city centred campuses.
It is so much joy for Campus Sneak Africa on this Visit/Tour meeting exemplary students with purpose and great spirit of pursuit.
each student emitted great visionary spirit with clarity of purpose of why a student is in the university and what he/she clearly wants to pursue after graduation to make the world a better place.
In the process of probing the fuel behind the fire of such zeal and pursuit, each student pointed to and praised the vision, mission, focus, dedication and commitment of the management, principal staff and lecturers of the university, in addition to this, each student gave kudos also to the beautiful classrooms, up to date laboratories,  excellent health centre and a homely accommodation provided every student of Samuel Adegboyega University. Above all, every student here is so thankful for the spiritual atmosphere created and spirit life inculcated into every student and even staff of this University.
Despite this high standard of education, structure and facility on ground here at SAU as fondly called, this is the LOWEST SCHOOL FEES paying private University.
All said and written here is just a small bit of what goes on in Samuel Adegboyega University, Ogwa, Edo State, Nigeria, West Africa.

UNIVERSITY OF IBADAN host CAMPUS SNEAK AFRICA

NIGERIA'S PREMIER UNIVERSITY; THE UNIVERSITY OF IBADAN hosts CAMPUS SNEAK AFRICA.

The University of Ibadan, Nigeria, since 1948

The University of Ibadan, the very first University in Nigeria, located in the South Western part of the country, namely Ibadan, Nigeria, West Africa.

Visiting/ Touring this huge campus with Massive landscape is an experience that cannot be forgotten. We were present on campus for eleven days yet we could not cover the length and width of this campus.
Why? Because every place, every building, every spot has an history related story tied to Nigeria as a country and even the birth of tertiary education in Nigeria and even some in Africa.

Virtually everything in this institution is almost the first in Nigeria e.g the first teaching hospital, the first bookshop, the first Zoological garden for teaching research and recreation, the first Library which was also the very first library in Nigeria and many more.

It also exudes so much array of Landmark occasions like when the Queen of England visited the University which is the reason why the popular and highly sought-after female hostel is named Queens hall.
University of Ibadan currently houses the largest student Hall of Residence in West Africa namely the Obafemi Awolowo Hall.

Talking about the Executive, Principal Staff and Management of this prestigious University, i saw in each person i encountered Commitment and Dedication to excellence,
Prof.Olayinka,Vice Chancellor, Univ.of Ibadan
I also experienced from their expression that pride that comes with being the first and still at the forefront of what tertiary education standard is in Nigeria.

Nifemi Ojo, President, Student Union
Concerning the students i chatted with, right from the number one student who occupy the seat of the student union president,
history was made meeting the very first student union president that is full of humility yet loaded with crystal clear goals and objective.

My experience at the Zoo
is not just something i can ever forget so quickly starting from the reception by the Staff on ground to the healthy environment of different energy pumping animals that answered to different names by which they were christened by the staff and management of the zoo. It's a place worthy of visit.

One thing that cannot leave my mind even till now is the mind
blowing in-depth teaching & training at the Faculty of Agriculture, the kind of mastery demonstrated by the students of Aquaculture and fishery Management on the fish farm is what i can not just get over.

Trust me, there is no way i can put this eleven (11) day experience in to writing except you watch these beautiful episodes birth from our Visit to the University of Ibadan, Nigeria.

COVENANT UNIVERSITY hosts Campus Sneak Africa

COVENANT UNIVERSITY, already securing her place as 'one of Ten in Ten in the world' by the uncountable number of innovations and scientific discoveries taking off at this prestigious University day in day out.

The core values of this great institution completely resonates in the words, actions and appearance of everyone we met right from the Principal Officers to the Staff and then the Students of Covenant University in Ota, Ogun State Nigeria.

SENATE Building
Arriving at Canaan Land in Ota, Nigeria, the home of the biggest Church Auditorium on Earth and also the home of this great institution Covenant University, its from description and experience what i call 'a city within a city'! The architectural masterpiece is a wonder, from the array of the nerve centre of the university which the the Senate building  to the Administrative blocks and offices to the healthy, mind blowing student classrooms, dining and cafeteria which strategically sits in different areas of the campus for easy accessibility of Staff, Student and even guests. It is here at Covenant University that i have come across the single largest classroom/lecture theatre in the history of our Visiting and Touring Institutions of Excellence across the globe, a lecture theatre built to sit conveniently over 2500 students with all the facilities up and working, any wonder the the students of this institution are up and alive, glowing and emitting Grace at every touch and contact.

CU Governing Board  with Jazzyb in the middle
Right on arrival, Campus Sneak Africa team was received by the the entire governing council of the institution and it was such an honour for us.

VC,DVC & other Principal Staff Welcome CSA crew
Every Principal officer was warm and receptive giving full time and attention. What a generation of Leaders who truly set the course of the sail by 'leading by example'. Not one of any of these great leaders rushed out to a meeting or something else all because they already planned their day from the dawn of the morning. I also like to recall at this point that every mail and correspondence was prompt and precise which made our Visit/Tour of Covenant University very sleek, classy and LOADED!

cross section of Students at the Campus Chapel

My very first port of call was the popular chapel of the University where the entire student converge to fellowship twice in a week apart from the weekly Sunday service.

All students at different level of the university including the post graduates attends chapel twice a week.

Arriving at the chapel, i was overwhelmed by the teeming student audience with all principal staff and officers present as a regular routine and culture of the University.

Principal Officers at the Campus Chapel.

Such a wonderful time of fellowship and the experience of seeing both Students and Principal Staff/Officers fellowship together with so much reverence of the most high God.

To start to talk about the up to date laboratories with intensive teaching of students will take me very long time to describe and explain except you watch any of the three episodes of one hour each that was birth from our Visit/Tour of this beautiful, well laid out, all green institution focused at releasing 'Kings and Queens' that will effect a positive and a radical change in the society home and abroad.

The greenery lay out of CU is so endearing such that the atmosphere on campus is so pure.

CU as fondly called is not just ranked tops among the universities in Africa in standards of learning and living but among the top universities in the world because of the Vision and Mission embarked upon by the University and it's at this point i give a standing ovation with cap removed for the resident Chancellor of this great institution Dr. David Oyedepo who from time to time mentors the students at close watch and supervision. This makes the students of CU enviable and the demand of any corporate organization.

When i arrived at the campus Health centre,
CU Health Centre
what i saw going round about the health centre with all its up-to-date hospital and laboratory equipment within the facility makes me say that it's not just a campus Health Centre but a full fledged international standard hospital.

Honestly, there is too too much to write about this school but i don't think this writing can ever cover all except for you to visit where i see as also a Tourist Attraction. What more can i say about the library of Covenant University?

From my observation, my interaction and my experience, CU can only be out to RAISE AND RELEASE A NEW GENERATION OF LEADERS.

Thanks to God for the visionary; Dr David Oyedepo for birthing this vision.
